Schwab employees pitched in at the Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA), helping to spruce up various facilities by painting, organizing storage spaces, doing yard work, and cleaning. Among the locations that welcomed Schwab volunteers were the Ernest Ingold BGCA in San Francisco, Treasure Island BGCA in the middle of the bay and the Denver Broncos BGCA.
