What Our Employees Say...

Schwab employee

"My mind was made up to accept an offer from Schwab after the very first informational session I attended. The people that I work with make what I do at work more than a job. I not only respect my colleagues, but becoming friends with many of my co-workers was simple because we have shared characteristics and ethics. The Schwab community is one that creates a genuinely sociable environment."

Nichole George, University of Denver

"Within the first few weeks of working at Schwab, I realized the importance the company places on its human resources. The people I work with every day are extremely helpful, work as a team, and are great at what they do. They are the reason I immediately felt like Schwab was a great choice for me."

Matt Schultz, Kent State University

"I met the Schwab recruiters at a career fair at school, and she initially had me excited with applying to Schwab.  I had always heard that Schwab was a great company to work for because of their ethics and culture.  So I decided to give Schwab a try, and here I am, loving every moment of it.  Since I have been here I have referred several of my friends, who love the company just as much as I do.  It is amazing how much they actually care about their employees."

Jason Baer, Metropolitan State College of Denver

"Everyday I get to interact with clients about the market, their accounts and provide a service that I know is truly beneficial. I feel that I get a chance to use the knowledge that I acquired during school on the daily basis which is very exciting.  I have also learned so much in my time here that it is incredible. Everyday I learn something new that I will always be able to use."

Gerald Mosley, Purdue University

"When I saw Schwab recruiters would be attending the Career Fair on my campus I took a chance and interviewed with the 'Schwabbies.'  Everything fell into place from there.  I was able to secure a job that was to start a few weeks after graduation.  Since then, I have assimilated to the Schwab culture, which I must say, is truly unique."

Jack Greenagel, Colorado State University
